Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The cancellation deadline for an Order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns

  • Items not eligible for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry.
  • Merchandise not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions at our discretion.

Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced goods. Sale items are non-refundable, unless prohibited by applicable laws.

We do not assume responsibility for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. To ensure security, we advise utilizing an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be processed without confirmation of Goods receipt or proof of return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
